The Lenham School is an OFSTED GOOD school who are committed to recruiting exciting teachers to join and complement our successful team. The role is for a committed and motivated professional who would like to work in a school that provides a wealth of opportunities for both its students and staff, along with wanting to be part of a friendly, team-based workforce.
The Lenham School will be divided into five Houses. The Head of House will be responsible for leading their own ‘mini-school’ of approximately 200 children, within our wider school. The Head of House is an inspirational and dynamic leader with the vision to craft their own House identity. Their House will become their home at TLS. The Head of House is responsible for the welfare, behaviour and progress of all children in their House.
This post would be suitable for an experienced teacher and the ability to teach English, Science, PE, DT or Business would be an advantage.
We are a dedicated, collaborative team of professionals who enjoy welcoming new staff, new ideas and fresh input. Collaboration with like-minded colleagues across the Multi-Academy Trust (VIAT) is set up to provide networking, support, quality assurance and friendship.
