Year 12 STEM Day
On Wednesday 11th December the National Space Academy delivered an exciting day of activities to our Year 12 students about Earth and Space.
They had an amazing time understanding how rockets leave our atmosphere and made their own rockets to launch. They understood how hydrogen cells as well as how the body responds to space.
The students gain knowledge, as well as improving their skills of team work and problem solving.
One student described the day as ‘STEM Day was out of this world!’
