The Lenham School Remembers
TLS has paid its respects to Remembrance Day this morning by hosting a short service for the whole school on the 3G. Students also took part in an Assembly last week where Mr. Davies spoke about the 'Pals Battalions' and the origins of the Poppy as the symbol of Remembrance. He was supported by Lara (Year 7), Matthew (Year 8) and Jack (Year 10) who read aloud the poem 'In Flanders Fields' by John McCrae.
